Do you HAVE to submit ID for seller acc
 

Created a Wyoming LLC for a new eBay, but figured while i'm at it i'll try to create another amazon. Have gotten two suspended years ago for dropshipping and not having invoices. Amazon is still holding $6k of mine, in which I still need to try to get back in arbitration. So bottom line is I cannot risk to expose my identity, is it possible to register?

Because amazon USA requires interviews and documents, there is no way around it.

I would like to know what are the more accessible countries to make accounts in. People here say some countries don't require verifications at all. USA is getting bad because they adopted the KYC laws like Uk.
