Has Amazon changed their invoice requirements?

So, in the past, for the most part, the invoices I submitted were always accepted.

Nowadays, they're never accepted for a rights owner IPV claim, however, my letters of authorization are almost always accepted for those (that, I read, is partly because amazon wants LOAs now instead of invoices for those types of complaints).

However, for customer product condition complaints, they seem to have stopped accepting my invoices, and for those, LOAs don't seem to do any good.

One thing to keep in mind with these people... they'll reject a legitimate doc for no reason or a reason that's completely unrelated to the actual reason.

So it could be that too.

Legitimate documents don't work most of the time anyway since the document's often missing one of amazon's ridiculous requirements.

I usually do use real invoices for the template, but I modify the information to match my seller account and add any requirements that amazon may reject it for it. For example, if the invoice is missing the manufacturer's website.

Something changed. They rejected my local store supplier when they are the actual owner of the brand. The stupid Indian even called and talked to the store for 5 minutes.

On that end it's always been the same.

They will call your supplier.
a real invoice,not a store receipt is a start.
name and address, phone of the vendor, your name and add and account number, item description, listed price x quantity = total
the invoice should be on supplier stationary.

It's actually still the same thing before and now.
Nothing has changed on that end.

It's the monkeys doing the reviews thats the problem.
