You could always create your own ASIN but I'm guessing you wanted to piggyback the success of another and this is the consequence.

Yes guys I've already stopped selling their product however I still have their violation on my account.

What do you guys recommend for this? This product is a private label product and sold nowhere else. I tried "prepared invoices" but didnt work. Contacted owner, didnt work.

Anybody ever tried to "prepare LOA"?

Is this the first time this has happened on your account? Usually amazon is lenient for the first IP issue

No I've recieved many IP claim violations however I've managed to get them removed via "prepared invoices".

But those products were products that can be obtained via IKEA or electronic markets. So I was able to make invoice for them.

However this latest IP claim product is a private label in USA and not sold anywhere else. I need to remove this. I prepared invoices but didnt work.

Anyone ever tried doing a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ LOA ?

You account is still alive, be careful not to push it too far with counterfeit docs.

Keep your head down for 6 months, sell correctly and within policy, and the account will recover naturally.
