trompifonx | 06-09-2023 06:08 PM | Invoice for dropshipping I've received 7x Parallel Import - IP Claim from a brand.
Prepared some invoices and some accepted but some not.
What do you guys recommend? Send the same invoices again, prepare different invoices, or any other alternative you can suggest?
LOA, Invoice, etc? |
degsey69 | 06-09-2023 08:21 PM | Re: Invoice for dropshipping Prepare different invoices similar to the ones excepted and see what happens. |

The Brand which sent me the violation is only sold on amazon.com and nowhere else. What should I do? Prepare an invoice from any random popular brand in UK? Does it have to be UK? E-mail says invoice must be EEA-based supplier but I dont know.
What do you recommend? I tried to contact the rights owner but heard nothing. |

If you are really at risk of losing the account and can spare the money an Amazon lawyer can help. Brands usually won’t ignore them. search amazon lawyer there are are a few big firms. |

Thanks for the response. Actually it's not in risk at the moment however I will consider contacting a lawyer in future if im in risk.
What else do you guys recommend about invoices? Is there an alternative? Like preparing a LOA, or some photos to remove the violation? |

Amazon CS is a bunch of idiots at times. |

Amazon CS is a bunch of idiots at times. | Well the problem is I've sent the same invoices(!) twice. It didnt work at first but worked in second time. |

Have you seen the movie idiocracy ? It's similar... they have a screen that has multiple choice of questions and answers to choose from.
It's like they don't even THINK of what is right or wrong, they just click. |

It's like they don't even THINK of what is right or wrong, they just click. | Thank you for the response. Yes I 100% agree. Sometimes I send the same invoice twice and sometimes different invoices with flaws. They still do 50%.
I'm wondering, one of my violations has come from a Private Label brand and they dont sell it anywhere but amazon.com.
When I make an invoice, what should I do? It is a shower shelf product. Should I use IKEA or something? |
Re: Invoice for dropshipping what private label brand? |

I tried to "prepare invoice" but didnt work.
Should I try to "prepare LOA" ? |

They'll target you and your account will go poof. |
Re: Invoice for dropshipping As above, if you continue to add your wares to Branded ASIN's then you won't be worrying about invoices much longer.
If you've still got your account then be grateful and stop selling the goods in question immediately.
You could always create your own ASIN but I'm guessing you wanted to piggyback the success of another and this is the consequence. |

Funny because everyone here is piggy backing off Amazon’s success in a way they don’t want. |
trompifonx | 06-16-2023 09:16 AM | Re: Invoice for dropshipping Yes guys I've already stopped selling their product however I still have their violation on my account.
What do you guys recommend for this? This product is a private label product and sold nowhere else. I tried "prepared invoices" but didnt work. Contacted owner, didnt work.
Anybody ever tried to "prepare LOA"? |

Anybody ever tried to "prepare LOA"? | Is this the first time this has happened on your account? Usually amazon is lenient for the first IP issue |

But those products were products that can be obtained via IKEA or electronic markets. So I was able to make invoice for them.
However this latest IP claim product is a private label in USA and not sold anywhere else. I need to remove this. I prepared invoices but didnt work.
Anyone ever tried doing a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ LOA ? |

Keep your head down for 6 months, sell correctly and within policy, and the account will recover naturally. |

Here are the steps on how to make a LOA:
Identify the parties involved. The LOA should identify the parties involved, including the name, address, and contact information of the person granting the authorization and the person who is being authorized.
State the purpose of the authorization. The LOA should state the purpose of the authorization, such as selling products on Amazon.
Specify the scope of the authorization. The LOA should specify the scope of the authorization, such as the types of products that can be sold and the countries where they can be sold.
Sign and date the LOA. The LOA should be signed and dated by both parties involved.
Here is an example of a Letter of Authorization:
[Date]
[Name of the person granting the authorization]
[Address]
[Contact information]
[Name of the person being authorized]
[Address]
[Contact information]
This letter of authorization grants [name of the person being authorized] the authority to act on my behalf in selling products on Amazon. The scope of this authorization includes the following:
Selling products on Amazon in the EEA.
Selling the following products:[list of products].
This authorization is valid for one year from the date of this letter. It may be renewed by mutual agreement of the parties.
[Signature of the person granting the authorization]
[Date]
[Signature of the person being authorized]
[Date]
I would definitely use a professional amazon lawyer but still,
hope this helps! |
