INFORM identity then stops

Did identity today on first account.
They asked for photo ID, then back account statement, then phone number, then Residence address.

Is this normal?
Will it take care of the first 3 (Identity, bank, phone number) leaving only Business and tax ID?

Just wondering as they only gave us 11 days to get this done, and now waiting on AZ to review before being able to move forward.
