Account Health Assurance and INFORM

If you are registered with Account Health Assurance, it states "With account health assurance, we won't deactivate your account as long as you work with us to resolve any issues"

Do you think, when the 27th shows up, that this might be a way to keep the acct active until all verification is done???

It explicitly states that health assurance doesn't matter for the INFORM ACT Requirements
