New amazon account
 

Hi all

I want to set up a new amazon account, but I'm not in the country where I want to set it up at the moment.

Has anyone had issues opening accounts these days with V PN's ? This is what I did years ago and it wasn't a problem, just wondering if anything had changed.

I also don't have access to a sim in that country at the moment, so will be using a sim from another country, again didn't have problems with that before and also wondering if other people were successful doing that as I've no doubt people have tried.

Want to hear from those with experience

The contributor on here who sold Amazon accounts pulled out of selling them as they will get suspended as you can not verify the account.

I'm not talking about selling accounts, it will be in my real details and real ID

Which country are you wanting to set it up in and which country are you currently in?

Let's just say it's a country eligible for Amazon selling. I have dual citizenship so want to set up another account to my account in UK

Can you elaborate on that? I have an account from a seller on here and passed the inform act reviews.

The info you got on that is not correct... so don't worry about it

If you are creating your own Amazon shop you can create it from any country as long as the country you're in is allowed to sell on Amazon

You can be in China and create your own UK Amazon shop with your own UK info and a Chinese SIM. What you verify your account with must obviously match the country info you are registering with.

None of that would be an issue if you're signing up yourself, many people do this without a problem. IP doesn't matter, SIM location doesn't matter, you'll still be able to get verified

Use residential ip and it’s quite easy to open AZ account these days accounts getting approved very quick
