| hockeyhud10 | 06-28-2023 02:58 PM | Locked Seller Account because of amazoncom business account. I made a amazon.com business account, it got locked. It is on the same email as my seller account so it is also locked.
Amazon.com business refuses to open my account, so my seller account also remains locked. I've already sent Amazon business the following:
Billing statement, photo ID, utility bill, EIN letter, and a 'letter on company letter head'
What do I do?? I have account health responses due in 19 days.

Next time don't link anything to your seller accounts. Seller accounts are for selling, Buyer accounts are for buying, end of story. |

Ya, seems apparent. The funny thing is they encourage you to make amazon.com business by sending you emails to your seller account.

Just download a pdf statement from your credit card company directly and send that or fax over a copy of the statement... |

REfused? Keep giving them the docs until one of their monkeys accepts it. |

And then with the picture I included they state: "We have decided not to restore access to your account"
Meanwhile there is no way to contact amazon seller central without account access. |

I've provided them the following as they ask

Despite this the final message was "We have decided not to restore your account access."
Keep in mind this was 'order verification' for making a $400 purchase. |

Per the attached email "We may not respond to further emails about this issue."
Of course, I keep sending it to that email address and more, but I make no progress. |

If you're not sure why Amazon is refusing to open your account, you can try contacting them again and asking for more information. You can also try contacting Amazon Seller Support for help. (either call them directly or contact from a different account) |

What phone number? I have a case that I've opened, but cannot reply to (without account) and has been open for 13 days at this point with no resolution.
I imagine by the time a new account is opened to fix this issue, my account health issues will have got me. |
