I have same issue with one account I purchase from a ukraine account seller

I hired company and they said he used same person of contact on multiple accounts

Is there anyway to reinstate this? Any company or person can do or account dead?

Its completely and utterly dead. Do not waste another penny on it. Appeal services know this but will still take your money and pretend they can help. I can assure you they can not.

You might not like my opinions occasionally degsey, particularly when I have to factually correct you, but in this instance you know I'm right. We both knew the account was dead in the water and beautifuls 'it's just a mistake, no biggie' line was comically pathetic. :clap:

I don't know. Those are showed up as AMZ*Amazon Payments

$32.09, $39.99, and $38.71. Monthly charge and each month a different ammount and it looks like a payment for professional account fee to me. Like I said this account always had enough funds to cover that fee.

spoke to this AHS that seemed like she knew her stuff. I had a similar situation, my account was linked to some account in Australia. Told her I had no idea what account that is and it's a mistake. She told me the only way to reinstate the account is to have some legal council type up a letter stating that this account is the only account you own.

LOL, I bet it didn't, there's more chance of you asking them to post that than there is of Amazon reinstating with your 'pretty please' approach. :pound:

A link was made on a purchased stealth account with flaky VCC issues. Most here think the link Amazon made was valid because we've seen it all before.

The seller appealed and was told their account would remain suspended. They don't know the link because they never created the account.

...and you want us to believe a second appeal saying "aww please, I'm a nice person you've made a mistake" would get them to change their mind. You can act daft if you want, but don't expect me or others more informed than you to play along with your silly games. :)
