Ironically they're probably better than human written appeals because amazon probably uses chatGPT to approve/deny appeals

Honestly I would go with a personal appeal, I've seen the best success from personal/apologetic/friendly ones that address all the issues on the suspension

chatgbt might appear too robotic

I would go with ChatGPT to give the suspension appeal a framework and humanize it after by editing it putting you own words and phrases in.

Use ChatGTP and then edit it yourself to add in a human touch.

Yes I actually have. Appeals and POAs. Gives you a good template to start with at minimum. The better you know how to use chatgpt, the better result. Instruct gpt to use different forms of persuasion (pathos, logos, ethos etc) to muddy up the robot style writing.
