Multiple Accounts to dominate ASIN BB %
 

Hi all.
Wondering if anyone else is currently running multiple accounts to dominate a single asin? Currently have multiple stealth accounts, all different info, ips, addresses etc., on MLA, but have yet to cross list anything. Currently using a partners warehouse to ship LTL-- wondering if using the same ship from warehouse into FBA, of the same product, will cause linkage?

I'd be careful if I were you...

Specially if that asin is actually a brand / copyright holder.

Amazon are really really good at linking accounts so I would be really careful with that

especially if the product is very popular, many other sellers selling it for low prices and then getting booted, etc - niche-related

You're posting on a PUBLIC forum and admitting to having fraudulently opened amazon accounts. Posting any information (such as ASINs you're on) that can identify those accounts isn't a great idea.

Will Amazon look here and take action against those accounts? Probably not, but there's still no reason to expose yourself like that.

Brother what are you talking about lmfao. I do NOT commit 'fraud', I break Amazon TOS like everyone else here. BIG difference. My OP simply had an offer for anyone else using this strategy to reach out, not asins lol. Also, you're telling me amazon is going to link my seller accounts... based off of a post from an anon account on aspkin dot com.?

Yeah they won't link it because you have posted here.

If you are going to try that though make sure to post a lot of other listings as well on thr accounts that are totally different so there is very small % of product overlap

So all the information you used on all your Amazon accounts belongs to you? The definition of "fraud" is very broad.

All I'm saying is be careful of what you post on the internet that's public. IDK what the mod removed from your post, I thought it was ASINs or something.

Anyway, I used to do this strategy in the past, but the obvious risk is if you have a problem with the ASIN (eg. brand owner decides to file a trademark infringement claim against all sellers on it), you can get all your accounts hammered for it.

And the other obvious issue is if someone undercuts you, you get the buy box on none of your accounts. This strategy works well if nobody's undercutting (which I find to be rare nowadays)

not recommended to have multiple listing the same asin

amazon is extremely good at linking accounts listing the same product

would not risk it
