And no, 1 ID = 1 account. I'm 99% sure that submitting the same ID for multiple accounts will lead to a problem if not outright rejected right away.
| Appreciate all of that. So I guess the best way to go about multiple accounts is to have the ID holder open them, assuming they would likely be prompted for some kind of additional real-time verification.
