Default Internet question

Have been using mobile sticks for internet for 8+ years, but this year the prices have more than doubled.
One stick, telus, for a US acct.
One stick, rogers, for a US acct and a CND account. For CND I us IPV6 and US I us IPV4.
These 2 sticks used to cost 30-50$ per month each. Now I am looking at 80-140$ per month.
Before I check with these companies on a better plan, I wanted to run an idea by our friends here.

To replace telus, thinking of hotspoting my telus phone as I have 30+GB not being used.

To replace rogers, thinking of using IPBurger. Could use advise on IPBurger (one or two acct to do both, variable or same IP address, etc).

Remember reading here that some are using this route.

All accounts are stealth and totally separate registered businesses.

Thanks

You just need to hotspot your cell phone and refresh the phone IP address when you switch from one account to another. If you are looking for a V P N, it’s not a good idea as they bring suspicion to the account, if you want a Residential IP I would say that is OK. If you are in the Canada hot spotting your cell phone is the best way to go and cheapest.

Hotspotting off your phone is totally fine - just make sure you dont have the eBay APP installed on the phone

what the... even $30/mo is rather expensive... but they are doubling that and more is kinda nutty.

I'd just grab a Residential IP from IPburger and use that for all accounts.
It's better and much cheaper.

Thanks.

I don't use my phone for accessing any accounts, except emails through google.

That was how I was leaning. Cancelled the telus acct and hotspoting my phone now for that acct.

For rogers, hit a different plan. $95/month for up to 150GB (usually use 8-15GB a month depending on the amount of research done) for those 2 accts. A bit cheaper than IPBurger.

Those options keep me on the same IP path as before so AZ should not notice a difference.

Thanks for the updates and suggestions.
