I am in the process of getting all my documents ready to open a new account. My company is with a registered agent. After seeing the articles of organization, will amazon ask for personal identification documents (bank statement and ID) for the authorized individual that is listed on the articles?

It’s quite possible. But if it passes after you have them all the docs initially , you can give them the same docs again in the future unless they specifically ask for yours

you would only need to verify the original registration info when you register initially

the llc info is only added to the tax part of your account
