Amazon Business, newbie advice.

Hey there, folks!

I'm new here and could really use some advice. Here's the scoop: I run a store in my country, I buy from amazon and import. (I'm a buyer), and I've been relying on a business account for quite a while. However, my account got suspended recently, and it's been a major setback for my business. So, I decided to create new business accounts using legitimate LLCs and bank accounts.

In the past, I used a VPN to access my USA business account, and it worked like a charm. But as my cashflow increased, I started facing more and more bans. I want to try a change, so now, I'm looking for recommendations on how to store verified and legitimate Amazon business accounts. Should I keep my VPS without using a proxy? (I used to have 1 vps per account but still they get banned on similar time lapses like 1 month after the other) Or should I maybe consider multi-login with rotating residential proxies? (Im scared rotating proxies can lead to holds) How about multi-login with static ISP proxies? I've also heard about adspower again, with proxies.

Thanks a bunch for your help!

Amazon doesn't provide much detail. However, I've heard that shipping to freight forwarders, which is my situation, can sometimes result in account closures. It's possible that Amazon sees this, combined with high monthly transaction amounts, as suspicious behavior, possibly to combat money laundering.

Due to Amazon's periodic and seemingly random suspensions of my business account, which occur approximately every 5 months or even after a year, we find it challenging to anticipate and prepare for these interruptions. Our business regularly spends $30,000 per month on these accounts, making it impractical to switch to a personal account, which tends to get blocked immediately. Furthermore, the process of creating a new business account takes more than three weeks. In essence, having only one account means that if it gets suspended, our business operations are halted for a significant period, typically 2-3 weeks or even longer, before the account can resume normal operations without triggering any issues. This is a precautionary measure for our business.

He is in Columbia but he has a US prime account and he uses VPN to hide where he comes from,I wonder the combo of ordering too much, using a freight forwarder, using too many accounts to buy(are they all sent to the same freight forwarder?) and being from Columbia trigger his suspension???????

I dont know if this still works,I know AMZN prime members from Mexico will open an account with an outfit in Brownsville,TX and have their orders shipped there with free shipping.
Then for a fee $5,customs declaration form and custonms fee (13 1/2%) and local (Mexican domestic shipping fee),this outfit will drive to Mexico(a bridge away),clear customs and turn the package to a local (Mexican shipper ).
Many electronics and consumer goods are expensive in Mexico, this is how they can buy for less, after customs and all the other expenses,I assume it is still cheaper.
This outfit in Brownsville since have expanded to other countries
( I have used them once, that was years ago)

No, I do not. I use business card associated with the LLC that owns the account.

I have a US business account created using an LLC, which contains my accurate information, including my origin. For workflow purposes, I use a Windows VPS to manage these accounts. The only thing I can think of changing would be the freight forwarder address. Yes, I use all the accounts to ship to the same destination, only altering names and codes as necessary. However, I only use one account at a time and keep the others as backups.

Yes, my business model is somewhat similar. However, I want to clarify that I do not engage in any money laundering activities. If I did, I would probably be on a yacht somewhere else, not here.

so,he is using his prime account to buy on AMZN and ship free to a freight forwarder,he buys a lot and it is economical to have them all shipped together by the freight forwarder, makes sense.
I dont see why his accounts (s) are banned?
-----
There is one Eastern European country which AMZN does not ship to,and some local entrepreneur started a website copying AMZN products, when someone in his country place an order,he will order from AMZN Germany and have the goods shipped to a warehouse in Germany, then from Germany shipped to his customer in his own country.
