Newbie Amazon UK Item Not Received Advice
 

Hi,

Newbie UK Amazon seller - just sold my 3rd item which I posted myself. The customer claims the item has not been delivered. I shipped the item via Royal Mail 2nd class and although Royal Mail say this is not a tracked service they do confirm delivery via the unique ID. I bought the shipping via Amazon and the unique ID states the item has been delivered.

What are the chances Amazon will take my side on this case or do I need to refund as I will lose any case the customer puts forward?

I have also checked with the customer that the delivery address is correct.

You can go to AMZN seller forum and ask.
You should win since it said delivered.
Sometimes the item could be stolen if left outside his home,or misdelivered to his neighbor,it happens often in my neighborhood.

you bought shipping through amazon so once it shows as delivered, you should be protected in the event of 'porch pirates' [just an example]

If you purchased shipping from Amazon and delivery is confirmed they will back you in any claim from the buyer and any negative feedback will be removed as well as any A-Z claims.
