Did you receive a check from Capital One Settlement
 

I received a check from Capital one yesterday,
In july 2019,Capital one computer was hacked and plaintiffs sued Capital one and AMZN WEB,settlement was 190 millions dollars for 98 million US residents.
I sell books on AMZN,I guess I am one of the 98 millions,so did you guy get a check?
They sent me a notice in 2022 and I filed the claim form,so finally a check arrived yesterday.$700

I filled a claim and went to Arbitration, the ****ing lawyers suck al the funds. I had so much paperwork and provided receipts, travel docs all kinds, Arbitration approved me $125.00 about 4 weeks ago, then 2 days ago, they put $700.00 in my Paypal, go figure. Its all as bent as a nine bob note anyway, the ONLY ones that got paid big time, were the lawyers.

that's a nice amount - 700 - even though the lawyers take such a big cut from these class actions...ah well.

hope you were not personally affected by the hack situation
