Hello folks, If you guys could help me out here im a stuck. Bought a account on here maybe 2 years ago and recently it went under review. Updated my creative invoices which ive done a number of times for other issues but now I got a message that.

Your Amazon seller account is under review. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue.

Why is this happening?

Do you know who the original primary contact is on the account? If not it's going to make things tougher. Someone here found the original primary contact by calling the original phone number on the account.

Kind of... Its a australian person I believe but the phone isnt number isnt good. Would be great if beautiful would respond to email. Pretty much planning to be clipped but im looking at all my options

Tough break. You can try saying the primary contact is an ex employee in the interview.
