Getting Approved To Sell Brand

Years ago I could list a lot of things no problem even on a new account. Now those many things it says I need to be approved to sell, even just used Xbox controllers.... I know there are no services here that supply docs, so can anybody point me in the right direction?

- At least 1 purchase invoice for products from a manufacturer or distributor
or
- 1 letter from Xbox branded authorizing you to sell their products

Or is their a easier way than creating docs? i.e. buying from a distributor? If so, will they only approve that one ASIN/UPC or would it open up all xbox/microsoft items?

is your shop entirely USA based?

Some shops have the ability to sell many products with auto-approval

Certain brands will still require additional approval though

Yes I live in the USA. Approved to sell in USA, Canada & Mexico.

I've literally looked up a lot of different things and seem the only ones where you don't need to request is ones where people made their own listings.

Invoices can be created easily with right tools.
Most important..
Make sure Metadata is real before submitting it.

Try to list the item first using add a product.

If they are not accepting apps for it, it shows right away.

Others that need approval, click apply to sell and you can see the needed paperwork for approval. Then find a distributor. Once approved, it should open the whole category.

Years ago I use to make a fortune selling them. I was one of the biggest sellers for Disney dvds in the U.K.
Netflix and the streaming services come along and literally over night my sales dried up. I know a few people got hit hard. I still have some dvds left.
