Amazon PSP: Bank account is not eligible due to pending KYC

I have added new payoneer bank account details into my new amazon seller account. The bank account is not longer added immediately. Some KYC is expected. Anyone knows how does their KYC work? How can Amazon exchange information with Payoneer if I didn't even authenticate with Payoneer, just added routing and account numbers.

bank account is added then it usually takes 24 hours for it to complete.

I haven't gotten any KYC from them, did they ask you for one specifically?
