Just realized two of my competitors are the same person:/
 

For years...I never knew lol. It's obviously the same person using the same address just different names. I have no idea how they get away with this. Same brands lol. One of them went down last night, for about 8hrs. Their account didn't even exist. Does that mean deleted? I said to myself something happened and they probably have a contact at Amazon and they got reinstated. They were back up this morning and I happened to view their Amazon page/address, and I know that address because it's another competitor of mine. I have no idea how Amazon doesn't catch this but I assume they have a contact? And the invoices don't matter because I believe behind the scenes it's actually a distributor selling retail. Easy to verify.

Odd indeed that Amazon doesn't pick up on the same address in spite of different names....perhaps the rest of the info/way account was setup is very clean

could it be two persons living in the same address?
I know family members sell and use each other device and share the same ISP

There's a common misconception that you're only allowed to have 1 seller account.

You can have as many as you want (for "legitimate business purposes"), but if one of them gets suspended they will all go down if they're all linked.

amazon usually do not allow to have more than one account for a sole trader but it is possible to open corporations and have an amazon account for each

Many Ltd use same address, Amazon don’t link account just on addrss

Shared accommodation addresses are commonplace, it's the residential address that Amazon have an issue with.

AFAIK, they only allow one seller per 'home' address. That named seller can have more than one account. It may have changed but I'm not willing to ask them directly with one of my seller accounts.

That said, if a seller legitimately has two accounts, they are not allowed to sell the same wares on both so either this fact has passed Amazon by or they've convinced Amazon they are not connected.
