Amazon suspension
 

Hello,

I just got this suspension on a Amazon US stealth account:

"a bill that is dated within the last 90 days for piped or natural gas, electricity, water, or internet service with name and address visible"

Does anyone have any advice or experience with getting through this if you don't have any of those specific bills?

Maybe using a mobile phone contract or something instead?

You can get creative and edit a internet bill, they cannot check with the supplier.

This suspension means account is dead only 2-5% accounts get activated after bill request even genuine bill also get rejected it’s the way account created/used

So I'm following the advice I think.

- creative internet bill, printed out and then scanned in.
I've read that is the method to give the best chance right?

1) Does anyone know of anyone who could do this for me? That would be a life saver.
2) Slight problem, my "business address" is my tax agents address which is fine, but I haven't updated my "legal entity" address.

Should I update the legal entity address now to match the business address? Then match that address on the creative bill?
Or leave the legal entity address as it is and match the bill address to the legal entity?
Or leave the legal entity address as it is and match the bill address to the business address?

Just trying to give myself the best chance to not kill the account off...

Any help is massively appreciated!

Just message some of the sellers and they can do it for you if you need a hand :)

While good to ask questions, suggest to keep them a few in number at a time and not string them - it's a bit much for some people...

I'm in a similar position. I have a lot of money in a stealth account and it got hit with a deactivation a week ago for "We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history." and request for utility bill and business license. I sent in an EIN IRS letter for the LLC with the proper address and everything and an AT&T internet bill with a creative address modification to make sure it matched.

Then they sent me back:

"We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. In order to reactivate your account, we need to verify your identity.

How do I demonstrate authenticity?
You need to complete virtual identity verification over a video call. To reserve a time slot for the interview, please fill out the form below:

After we receive your response on this form, we will invite you for the interview on one of your preferred time slots.

After your verification interview is complete, we will review the results and respond with the outcome within 3 business days."

This is a stealth account I bought and have no idea the original person who opened the account. I changed everything over to the business a year ago and haven't had any issues until now.

So I have to figure out how to do this Identity Verification. Might need to say I paid someone to set up an amazon account for the business a year ago, but Amazon is finicky as it is...still trying to figure out how to proceed....

Anyone got an advice?

This is the dis advantage buying account from someone creat your own and save money
Account is gone as well as funds people don’t understand amazon can request video verification anytime and untill its not completed they will not release funds

Two options. Submit to the video interview which you will fail or take them to court which you probably wont do as you know it will fail.

So the account is gone.

Sorry I can't respond to your message as I haven't made enough posts.

I'm still waiting on a creative bill, but now reading this thread I am thinking I might skip it all together....

It feels like I'm not likely to get approved anyway, and if they start asking for video verifications and all sorts then it feels less likely that they would release the funds in the account after 90 days...

You can create your own creative bills. Get an original template then edit it using a pdf editor
