Ungating, can't apply?

Aged stealth account (10 years), with good selling history and never any issues.

Am trying to list a new product in Pet Supply. Am applying to be ungated for category.

Initially they denied as my photos of physical product didn't look real (they were), so I took crappier photos.

Then they denied as (genuine) invoice wasn't a 'Commercial Invoice' but a normal invoice. I went back to my supplier and got a 'Commercial Invoice' after I explained the difference.

However, I am unable to reply to the previous case with the new document.

If I begin a new Selling Application, it's automatically closed within minutes stating that I can Appeal by replying -- but again, there's no reply button.

So I cannot reply to the older Selling Application cases and any new case I start is automatically closed with no 'reply' option.

I've contacted Livehelp and emailed, but after a few attempts I'm just going round in circles as no one has the power to either allow me to apply again nor check my documents.

Any ideas or am I completely stuffed on this account if I want to sell Pet Supplies now?

Seems completely stuffed based on your experience and lack of options

new apps will get auto denied by a bot. reopen the case for same issue. keep resubmitting until they accept. Took me 8 tries in the past resubmitting the exact same thing. ungating is definitely a bit harder now

May be AMZN does not want small sellers to sell on its site if it has invited big sellers to sell,e.g since AAPL sells on AMZN,2 AAPL refurbished sellers have to leave and go to Ebay

Can you find a similar product in the same category, and apply with that product? Might need to edit an invoice to reflect this "new" product.
