FBA Shipping "Errors"
Been hit hard this year on FBA alleged errors (over send, under send, stickering, etc).
On 4 accounts, in 3 months, AZ has said we had 26 errors. Only 2 were actual (oversize box). The rest were pure BS. We double count everything and sticker ourselves.
Every time we tried to dispute it, AZ said they were right and we were wrong.
Finally tried something out of anger. I replied back asking for proof in the form of a photo to show the product wasn't in the case.
AZ backed down and said they couldn't prove so they took the black mark back.
Next 3 times, I did the same asking for proof, and AZ said that they were wrong and removed any "bad" marks on our account.
So, if anyone else has this issue, push for proof of the shortage/bad sticker/etc.
