Same item multiple accounts
 

Ok so we want to sell our current product on another account lets call it a earring .We currently have a LTD selling this under our trademarked brand .
If we were to setup another account selling the exact same item but under a new LTD ,address, bank, brand ,trademark the whole lot under the new ltd what are the potential issues .Is the only then link the directors and there home address.

We have a competitor i can see they have a min of 5 accounts the companies are all different same items similar photos even the same amoutn of items but as the accounts are all different ltds i assume they have different directors.

Different directors and addresses would be safer to avoid a link that way...

A various description of the item and images angle also may avoid linkage

I don't see a problem with this as you're operating as "competitors" , per account. if that makes sense

This is how I currently operate. Multiple seller accounts selling on the same listing to dominate BB %. Nothing on any of my accounts is related besides the general geographical area of the registered address.

I asked Amazon about creating a second account via a second Limited Company in my name. They said it was okay but one of the conditions was that I did not list the same items on both accounts, for the reason the poster above mentioned - buy box manipulation.

Will you get away with it if you do...probably.

Will they take action if someone reports you or they find out for themselves...probably.

It is not without risk as some posters here are suggesting. Are you willing to risk both accounts if they do, because if one goes down they both do.
