Amazon cannot verify account
 

Anybody been able to pass this ?

Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. 90 days after receiving this notification, you may request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or have abused our system or repeatedly violated our policies which protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all of the funds in your account.

Why is this happening?
We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

how long has the account been in existence? what kind of sales have you made? you could check marketplace section and use amazon appeal service providers

This is quite normal amazon won't verify your account untill you provide everything they want. Check what exactly did they asked in email/notification. It's usually documents and address etc.

We already provided utility which was approved
then they asked again few weeks after we made more sale
then perm ban

I have seen this multiple times last year and I have not seen anyone able to get their funds out.

some said they cant verify utility bill,but then one must ask,if they cant verify it,why ask?
All these sales venues are playing hard ball,we need them more than they need us.

so if you provide phony ID or sell merchandise which could harm the buyer community,they would just close your account.
sellers are a dime a dozen.

I suspect they suspend people this way if they do not like the business model or see too many past disputes so that the rejected docs are used as an excuse

I think so because I know people whose docs were rejected the same way and they were all genuine

There are many counterfeit,stolen goods on internet,being genuine is not good enough,it is where and how did you get it?

I wonder what Bozos would do if he went to access his subterranean bunker and the screen said "your account has been deactivated".

if these are branded like milwaukee etc...that's risky to sell right away

Tools are hot items,Home Depot and Lowe have them locked up ,so if you are selling tools with a stealth account,they dont want you.
are they brand new or used
