Help Getting Money!
 

I figured I would try here and see if I could get any help but I feel like I have no chance. I have a stealth account that somehow is still open, I can still list items and sell items but they have not allowed a disbursement in over 6 weeks now. I have a ton of money in the account and took down all my items because it is pointless to sell and not get paid obviously. I was wondering if anyone had any work arounds to this. Like I said my account is still open and healthy and seller support is no help at all.

there must be something you leave out , amazon may freeze funds but doing so for many weeks without stating any reasons is unlikely

probably they sent an email or there is a link somewhere within the account asking to upload documents

I got this email 5 weeks ago, set up the video conference thing over 2 weeks ago and completed that. The guys told me(who I assume has no power to control this but still) "That there is no reason amazon should be keeping your money and in 2-5 days it should be released." Still have heard nothing but my account is still open and active and able to list new items and sell items. I assume the end result is not going to be good and was looking at any advice or a work around if there was one to get the money or at least some of it.

I had an amazon score of 488 and have 0 policy violations on my account. I sold a ton of stuff in a 3 week span out of nowhere so I assume that is what has triggered this.

that's a lot to be tied up in there - maybe ease up on sales and activity until you get some out

stealth account with 50K is toast , amazon would have done SSN online verification and credit check

if that came back negative the money is gone

These days they are not just looking for just ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ,counterfeits,knockoffs,they are looking for stolen goods ,it was in the news recently an AMZN buyer was notified hers was fenced goods.
do you have legit wholesale invoice to prove you bought it from legit wholesaler?

When you get a stealth Amazon account, verify that it is real information, SSN, name, address, date of birth. If Amazon verifies the information and it is incorrect information, they will close the account and destroy your products. It has happened to many boys here:mod::ranger:

you mean destroy your merchandise you sent to AMZN warehouse?
THey can only do so if they are counterfeit/

It didn't happen to me, but I read in a post some time ago that a guy had the same thing happen to him.
Everything indicates that your account set off alarms on the Amazon platform, for this reason they allow you to sell but not give you the money.
Maybe at some point between week 5 and 10 they will request a bank document and driver's license.

So no one has any tricks? I assume I am cooked but the fact I can still sell and give refunds I thought someone might have some sort or work around.

Long shot.. but have you tried AHS? Assuming your account has been suspended for over 90 days, they're pretty much the only team you can speak to when your account is deactivated.

Submit a ticket via account suspension link. Call them and if they close the ticket, reopen it. Keep doing it.

Write an email to disbursement-appeals@amazon.com and cc these escalation contacts resolution-sellers@amazon.com; seller-performance@amazon.com; seller-performance-policy@amazon.com; account-health-post-enforcement-support@amazon.com; payments-funds@amazon.com; dap-complete@amazon.com; payments-declined@amazon.com

Sometimes the disbursement team completely ignores your email until they see that other escalation contacts are cc'd.

this is likely what amazon were referring to in their email as own designs may violate trademarks
