ASIN suspension and deletion
 

Hello everyone,
I have started a private label product, that I have sent to fba. After receiving it, I've received an email asking for some child safety documents, and after a while a second mail received, that stated my ASIN being deleted.
Any experience with such situation? Is there any good ASIN reinstation services?

account health is still ok - just the ASIN is deleted due to child safety documents not provided?

Yes, account health is ok. The first mail stated:

We are contacting you because you have listed products that require you to submit compliance documents. Click View Compliance Requirements below to see the list of affected products and submit the required compliance documents. If you do not submit the documents by the due date indicated for each product in this link, we may remove the affected listing.

after awhile I received second email, stating that listed is deleted:


We are contacting you as our records show that you are selling products that are restricted for sale on Amazon.com.

For the safety of our customers, the ASINs listed at the bottom of this email have been removed from Amazon. We are not accepting applications to sell these products.

Is there anything that could be done to reinstate it? or count it as gone?

what's the product btw? If it's a very risky product then you'll keep getting this and your account will end up getting banned

I can see why AZ wants some safety documentation for that ASIN - it's doable but you are going to have to push hard and don't try to relist without authorization

There are a lot of products now requiring test reports. No way around it.

We do toys and almost every single one needs a test report, CPC, and photos.

There are test companies out there, and from what I hear, a test will run around 1-2K for each product and tests are usually country specific.

It's really great that they suspend ASIN for not having permits and studies to be used by children...
Of course what I say here is because I am a father of children...
but on the other hand I understand that when we sell we only want to sell our products
