Even so claimed 'errors' by Amazon are practically impossible to appeal.

If you know the link is genuine and the other account is suspended then, without getting the first account re-instated, the chances of getting the new one re-instated are zero - absolutely no chance.

I did, it's a few years ago. I totally denied what they said, know nothing about the account they mentioned.

You successfully appealed an account link by completely denying? How did you do that? I've denied many times before, but unsuccessfully. Any tips? Thanks

At least two accounts have not been linked by IP; Amazon linked them by selling the same items. If Amazon emails you indicating that you have two accounts, that means Amazon just suspects it, without proof. Otherwise, Amazon would suspend your account without emailing you first.

That makes no sense, Amazon do not send you an email to say 'we suspect you've got two accounts'.

Firstly, it is not against their policy to have two accounts, secondly if an active account is linked to a suspended account then it is an instant suspension with zero chance of re-instatement until the first one is addressed. No polite messages for sure.

In the world of Amazon, they always assume they're right, if they suspect a link exists it does.

Like quantum, I'm having a hard time believing you had your account re-instated simply by saying 'I don't know what you're on about'. Doesn't happen.
