Unable to Charge Card - Passed Verification
 

Professional Selling account opened and passed video call verification. Provided CC statement during account open and all is well.

But right after passing verification and getting account access it says unable to charge card please update payment method.

This is a Canadian bank physical CC. I have called the bank and they said that they saw $1 or $0 charges on the account which were approved from Amazon and Amazon MX but it still invalid. Ideas why?

Should I try updating this card or is it shot. I've tried it a few times changing with billing address etc but nothing works.

Is it possible this is an account link without actually saying it is? Should I try using a new physical CC?

Is the addrss on the card the same as the billing address on the account? Its possible the bank can see the charge but it failed due to the AVS not passing if your card uses that.

Yes, exactly the same. Bank rep said the charges were approved.

the numeric numbers are verified,like street number and zipcode,name of the account holder is not verified,of course the status of the card must be valid and not expired

It passed, it was a space in the postal code and using "Street" instead of St.

can you call AMZN customer service?
AMZN is getting to be too big,between machine and human,you get different responses.
My mother past away and I cant get past 2 factor verification as her phone is no more,finally talked to a human and he closed the account,then next day an AMZN email said account is open,BUT I cant access her account as it wants her old phone number,I GAVE UP.

The registered address of the card must match the registered address of your Amazon account - exactly.

I had a real problem with them a while back where my business cards were issued to my residential address. Amazon simply would not accept them.
