Label requirements
Hi everyone, in the process of Migrating my business over to Amazon, I have met all the requirements so far including certificates, but one element I'm still confused about
For Food Supplements (UK)
It states on Amazon
It states that a UK food business name and address should be on the label
Then it says ''It must be one of the following:''
The name of the business whose name the food is marketed under
The address of the business that has imported the food
I have contacted Amazon about this, 3 different agents have said that Only the manufactures business name needs to be on the label. Does that still apply if the Manufacture (source of products) is not in the UK??
Does anyone have any experience with this part of the approval process?
