Anyone else seeing delays for new account verification?
 

I opened a few accounts earlier this year, and within 24 hours of doing the video interview I always received an email basically stating everything's good to go and to log in to activate your new seller account.

I did another account opening last week, and it's been 6 days since the video interview, and I even entered in the postcard code, but have not gotten the usual verification complete email and the account is not active yet. During the video interview the rep said everything looked good.

Are there just general delays right now or is there an issue here?

There are delays right now I noticed it started about 3 weeks ago

Its taking about a week all together which normally only took a few days

Could be that the platform has taken on way too many of these verification "tasks"...causing backlog of clearance?

I just opened 1.. usually takes around 24 to 48 hrs. This time it took 4 days.

Do as they suggested, logout and log back in and see if you receive a message from them.. sometimes it doesn't go to your email if they need additional info

WE're entering into Q4 .

Their system is overloaded and they are changing stuff again.

Christ, they are worse than a Bipolar girl at that time of the month

Everything was fine after like a week and a half or so. So yeah, just seems like they're backlogged

It's a crap shoot with them, I just got one account reinstated within 7 days after they acknowledged they messed up linking me to an unknown acc.

Normally this would take WEEKS

do you think there is some data you provided,it has to be verified by accessing some outside source?
