mismatched bank names still work. I haven't had a single issue with it

They do include the account name, but the bank doesn’t really care as long as the IBAN is correct. I can see the Amazon account name in my incoming payments logs.

did you ask the bank if there was an attempt to credit the payments?

I think that's because it's an Iban payment from europe. I could be wrong. I know they never used to for UK.

SO this is much better than the last one,did you show it to your bank?

on IBAN they do not know , I know this for sure as the system is made this way that only the IBAN matters and problems with name , if they occur , could only be with the receiving bank

here I think actual culprit is amazon

AMZN operates worldwide,the banks he used are big well known banks,so if it is AMZN's fault,AMZN would have looked into it by now ,he cant be the only one who has problem?

This is a screenshot of an incoming payment from an Amazon account that’s working properly. I’m sharing it to show that Amazon does, in fact, send a payslip with the name included.

So, I tried different bank details—another account—and this time it worked! It must have been an issue with Amazon from the get go.
Regardless, I’ve learned a lot about Amazon’s payment system and banking transfers in general, so I’m happy with the overall experience lol
