Missing funds rom amazon
 

Hi all,

My total balance on amazon reduced from about 25k to 23k on amazon, this was between Saturday and Sunday morning. I spoke with amazon support and they seem not to believe me. I have never had the cause to take screenshots of my balance.

Has this happen to anyone before?

Is there any customer dispute/chargeback?
Or AMZN having problem processing your customer payment?

you would need to download balance history , that would allow to calculate balance after previous withdrawal for example

Yes, I had a total refund of about $120. I think so but how would the funds get to 25k and then it starts dropping. I noticed when it went to 24.7k, i thought it was an error. By evening it was around 23.6k

I called on and those guys kept referring to my avaliable balance which did not increase drom where it was since friday.

Is there any withdrawal history seen on the account? I'm just wondering if there is some compromise on your account perhaps

Thanks all. I was able to get amazon's attention after several calls. They were actually not crediting the money to funds available but it is been deducted from funds on hold.
