Amazon Ghost Access Code Expired

Hello there,,

I am a newbie, i have bought Amazon Ghost from amazonghost.com. I had access of the book few years back when I bought it. Now I am having a new machine but when I am using the access code of the book it says its expired.

Can anyone please help me in this ?
