You need approval to list this product
 

I have an active product selling on Amazon (FBA), and two products that were rejected for unknown reasons, the parcel was send back to me. And I have another product that I didn't even have a chance to submit that is now also not allowing me to list

The product that is active is in the same gated category as the two that were rejected (which I don't understand why one was approved and the other two not approved as of yet)

For the product I want to submit (when I click on edit) it gives me the message ''You need approval to list this product.'' Then I click on ''Request approval'' Next message says

''Selling Application

We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other product(s)
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)''

I am selling in the category ( Health & Personal Care category) but not ''Other product(s)'' and not ''Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)''

Should I try again to list the item? This time, not FBA. And be more wary of the category? Making sure its not coming under ''Other'' and ''Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)'' Which I'm pretty sure it was not anyway.

Seems like another seller(s) has successfully tied the categories together and possibly got into trouble already with AZ to make the categories gated...is this particular product trademarked/counterfeitable?

No, 100% not trademarked/counterfeitable

There is no brand on the product, its generic, and in the listing, I selected ''generic'' same as the other product that I got approved

You can't list the item again as you already have it listed.. so you need to go to inventory and edit it. You can go to inventory and click sell other condition.. but if you deleted the item from inventory then that's it. You need to start again and list the item.. make sure title is slightly different.. or you'll get a warning of duplicate item..

Okay, all that's fine and dandy, but my problem is getting turned down again. I feel like maybe I'm doing something wrong, I'm new to Amazon. One product was listed and has been doing well thus far (via FBA)

The issues are with the two other products. That were listed in the same category

Just to be clear here, they were ok with you sendint the products to FBA then suddenly they rejected the the parcel then they gated that category?

Health and beauty has always been a pain in the necl FYI
