Account Suspended Section 3 Amazon Spain
 

Good everyone, I am Elias and I sell on Amazon Spain through an LLC registered in the USA of which I am the sole owner and representative here in Spain.

2 months ago they suspended my account for counterfeiting, they asked me for invoices and authorization of the brand, I send appeals with the help of a team called appeal Guru but without success.

I am already thinking of creating a new account, from another forum I was told that I can create a new entity here in Spain in my name and that I would not have any problem. Is this so?

I have also noticed that my Amazon America account no longer exists, I only get Europe and other countries like Japan. What does this mean?

It is well known that here you are the experts in the matter. What do you advise me?

amazon take it very seriously if they find out that someone suspended before has surfaced again

for that reason make sure that details do not match to the suspended account

that aside it is always better to open locally , for example you are spanish resident and you have a spanish company. running schemes like residence in one country , selling in another one , company in a third one and the items possibly from a fourth one is not explicitly prohibited but is not welcome either

I also wanted to ask the following question: A close relative has an account already opened for 1 year, many times he has entered his account from my home (ip), the account has not been blocked or anything, and he has offered me to sell my products on his account. If I put the same ASINs, can the alarms go off? Or being an existing account before my suspension there is no problem?

Question: where you banned because of your products and ASINs? If so...his account could have issues if you list

1. Those so called GURUs are nothing but a sham. Waste of money.

2. Start with the amazon ghost, read it VERY carefully.

3. You're going to need a residential ip from IPburger since you're operating out of Spain and you are going to connect to an account outside of Spain.

Start slow, Amazon is the most difficult platform

alarms will most certainly go off because amazon take inventory fingerptints , the only safe way you can do it is if you either divide the inventory between several accounts or if you insist on selling on one only you add 10% per month

Wait. You got banned selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff, and you want to sell the SAME ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff? Please find a different product and make a stealth account. I think you might get banned again.

Hi Elias, Amazon likely linked your U. S and EU accounts due to the suspension.A new spanish entity can work,but only with completely clean info-new IP-device,bank and documents.full separation is key!be careful amazon linking system is very aggresive.starting fresh can work,but only with a full separtion from your previous set up.

Stop telling him to open a new account if he will sell the same counterfeit products,it is a waste of time.
By now AMZN knows he will be back with the same counterfeit items under some disguise.

Elias hasn't been active since Feb-2025 so unlikely to learn anything
