planning on moving an account from sole to LLC

Planning on moving an account from sole prop to LLC.. Before I enter this minefield, what are some things to consider? Sole prop is currently under my clean business partners information. LLC will be under his name as well, with me being a partner, which we will not disclose to Amazon.

You've been claiming taxes on sole prop before? Going to a LLC with a partner - some tax stuff to figure out - for starters
