Funds release.
 

Got banned under Section 3. I completed the video interview and submitted invoices, but it wasn’t enough. I’ve got some balance – is there any chance I’ll be able to get it back later? This is for the European marketplaces.

Amazon is tricky - how much was the balance? The fraudulent charge means quite likely that the balance is gone ...unless you have a bank account already on it?

They'll be doing video interview and ask you about inventory even going back from a year ago.

Its a stealth account.
The interview consists of two parts- the first one is to confirm your identity. The second is to see your supply chain- where do you buy your stuff and how to do you sell it on Amazon. After the interview they ask you to send the docs, this is the part where they decide if they are legit or no.
This is 4th interview I had in total.(4 different account)
Only once I got trough and they let me go, 3 fails so far.

A lot. Not one or two. They seem to have a questionare and the whole interview take around 20 minutes.

We don’t say we make it. Invoices are supplied from reputable distributors, but seems it does not work

Is your funds disbursed from amazon? i know a guy who helps disbursement from amazon, they say they work for amazon, and they charge when the work is done. I got my account disbursed from them. But I don't think if they are willing to do for European market or Small funds.

If the ban is permanent under Section 3, funds are usually held for 90 days before potential release. After that, Amazon reviews outstanding claims and may disburse the balance if no issues remain. Keep an eye on your emails.
