Buyer authentic complaint?
 

I've gotten a couple and useally it's a return request or message and they scream ⊗⊗⊗⊗!!! So you know it's a competitor but I just had a complaint from Amazon however I can't find the actual complaint, no return request, feedback or message etc. is this possible? I didn't know you could do this. Did they call Amazon or something? Im only asking because I'm trying to research.

Edit I found it...under voice of the customer "item is knock off"
However they left me a positive feedback? Okay? Did they leave a negative review and later remove it just to take down the listing?
