Can anyone tell me how to get approval for a listing that doesn't have a choice , here is what it says
You need approval to list products in the Toys category
This product has other listing limitations. Learn more
Refurbished condition: You cannot list the product in this condition.
this was for funko pop

I'll just assume you know the risks.
First of all you should not choose refurb, this condition tends to be closed at all times.

For applying to sell, there should be a button where you can click "apply" isn't there?

no there is no listing or button to get approval so my guess is that you have to email the right group or person

Earlier this year, Funko went exclusive on AZ. You need prior approval directly from Funco, then they will add you to the approved list held by AZ.

I almost bought 500 pieces of Funco earlier this year on a deal, but thankfully it fell through. Three weeks later they locked up the brand.

there has to be a way to message them or email AZ and get approval, AZ always has another way if anyone will let me know.

This ain't the old days.

AZ is locking things up tight.

If they say no, and the brand says no, there is no other way. You need to move on and learn from any mistakes made.

We all crave the good old days of freedom selling, but they are gone.

By that answer, they have yet to be contacted by you.

Don't get hung up on one brand. If you have inventory, find another site to sell it on. AZ is very picky these days.

Always research first before making a purchase. That way, if you need approval, you can get it first from the manu.

So make sure you don't choose "refurbished" , choose new and the button should appear.

Funko products are very difficult to get approved unless you are an authorized distributor or source them from legitimate authorized channels (such as official distributors).

If you have an actual authorized distributor, you need to contact your sales rep for an "account confirmation letter" you will also need to give Amazon Permission and direct contact information of your sales rep so that they can verify and contact directly. And with all that you still may not get approved because there might be too many sellers on Amazon. In that case you will be approved and when Amazon and/or Funko increase the number of sellers, Amazon will let you know. MANY companies operate like this.

The sad part of this is AZ wants an invoice before authorizing you to sell the product. If you plan on selling the product only on AZ, then it is a catch 22.
