Dropshipping From Amazon to another Website
 

Hello,

I created a Aspkin account just to share you my question :

I do dropshipping from Amazon to another website and just today had a business "prime" notice that I sent to others (that is not legit for Amazon prime), and my account will be suspended if I continue, so I want to ask you if using non prime account, only Amazon Business account, will be enough to not be suspend/warns anymore.

I really need to ask the expertise of this forum, if today you have any other advice for this situation or situation of others persons like me.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I hope somebody will help me and others with this.

Just in case here is links that explain that it's not legit to do it, but i see peoples do it so i don't understand.

Amazon Business Policy Article 14

are you referring to this-
SHIPPING PRODUCTS TO OTHERS; QUANTITY LIMITS. Amazon Business customers are not permitted to use their Business Account to ship products to their customers or other third parties who are not linked to their organization. Certain products on the Amazon Business store have restrictions on the quantity that can be ordered by each organization's Business Account. Any attempt to circumvent these quantity limits, including by creating multiple Business Accounts, is prohibited. If we determine that your use of Amazon Business has violated these terms, we may close your Business Account and any other Amazon or Amazon Business accounts linked to your Business Account, among other remedies.

Cant you read,it is from AMZN,not ME.

where do you sell your AMZN goods?
If it is Ebay,Ebay does not like the idea as well

Don't listen to what Prozac says, she's been attacking people who say they are dropshippers/retail arbitragers on this site for many many years, seemingly purely because she's just jealous and never tried it in her life. I used to do arbitrage form Amazon, but out of the game a bit these days. One thought is to use create a few Amazon buyer accounts in case one goes down, or maybe just change your business model and offer a slower service. Amazon will likely get off your back if they are non-prime orders

Prepare a few dozen accounts ready at all times.
Amazon are a pain in the butt.

It is ok as long as:

1. Amazon branded or plain shipping boxes
2. Order includes packaging slip with your store as seller of record
3. Shipping label with your store name on it

Basically you will deliver your product as if you are not drop shipping lol.

if you read what she told us,she has no inventory kept in AMZN warehouse,so whether she uses her prime account or business account ,she is buying from AMZN and ask AMZN to ship to her buyer,why would AMZN shipping label and packaging slip shows her store.she has no store and no merchandise?
In fact she could be suspended again per AMZN agreement .
here is AMZN agreement again-
Note what it said -
