Just give them what they ask for, what they want will depend on your account.

Mobile phone bills are not usually accepted as proof of address anywhere.

Many sellers rely on bank statements for a one-time payment. Statements from traditional banks (such as Barclays, HSBC UK, and Lloyds Bank) are more reliable than mobile phone statements.

I don't think any users are relying on bank statements for one time payments.
