Amazon Suspected Trademark Logo Misuse
 

Hey,

In the last week I've received two Amazon Suspected Trademark Logo Misuse infringements. The only way I can appeal this is to provide docs or appeal and remove the logo, I edited the product removing the logo it, and they rejected it saying the product was now different. Years ago if this happened you could just change the product and it would be OK. I received an 8 point deduction for the first one and I'm expecting 16 points for the latest one. My Ahr will still be over 200. I think I'll be Ok for now, but if I receive another I think I will be toast.

Anyone else had this happen lately?

That doesn't make sense. Unless something changed in their rules again, but I never heard of this till now.

Did you call them on the phone to talk about this and make sure that what you did still followed their TOS and your account is cleared?

Amazon is such an anal place to sell - I tried to sign up as a seller years ago, never got a response to my application and never looked back... There's a reason Bozos is Mr moneybags

Bozo is no longer involved in its operation.
The new Fed chairman said he will be soliciting consultants,I suspect he could be one of them as he knows about retail sales better than anyone else.

Amazon is becoming increasingly strict in its trademark infringement reviews, so you'd better check your supply chain and product images beforehand.

He said he edited the product and remove the logo and now AMZM said it is now a different product .
