Trademark Squatter / Getting My Brand On Amazon
 

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and saw quite a few of you in here are knowledgeable regarding the Amazon platform.

So I'm in a situation.....

8 Months ago I started a supplement brand, and ran it up past 7 figures across channels like Meta.

But throughout the process of that, copycats started to emerge. In particular, on Amazon.

Now I'm in this position where there are multiple copycats of my brand on Amazon, and I can't even get my product up there myself.

I spoke with an agency who said they can help us with the brand registry, and taking down the copy cats.

But they want to do it for us if we hop on a retainer deal with them for Amazon management. (not really wanting to do that with zero momentum on that platform.)

I was wondering if any of you knew how to get this handled, or know anyone that could help us with this.

Because copy cats are listed just fine and they're taking our customers money and confusing them. We get emails about it daily.

dealt with a very similar case before. In most situations, it comes down to whether the sellers are actually infringing on your brand or just selling a similar product. If it's your brand name, logo, images, or packaging they're using, there's usually a process to get them removed through Amazon.

I wouldn't commit to a management retainer before knowing what's actually possible

you can do brand registry with someone else who only charge fees with no further demands

if they copy your brand visibly this would probably be the only way to remove them if you want to do it without using grey methods

What agency are we talking about? Because you can actually do this yourself.
You don't have a brand registry on amazon correct?
