Tax Number Association
Does anyone know if Amazon can check the details of your tax information (specifically HST/GST number in Canada) to see if that number is associated with the address/name on your Amazon account.
For example:
Account is in Person A's name
Tax ID number is for corporation B
Person A and Corporation B obviously have different address and personal information.
Can Amazon verify the address just based on the tax number alone? If it doesn't match will this create issues on an already verified account that has 1+ yr of selling history? |
