Question About getting back on Amazon?

Let's say I do everything right. The phone, the credit card, Name, etc.

I am planning to use a Library Computer to open the new account.

HERE IS THE QUESTION? What after? Do I need to continue listing on the Library Computer? I can never use my computer at home?:confused:

Bad Idea?! What if a Amazon-Seller-Account was made on that computer and suspended immediatly?
