Suspended within seconds of registering but then its all OK?
 

Hey there,

I was suspended from amazon recently so I created a a new amazon account using a completely new IP address using a virtual private network, new email, new address, new card, new bank account etc.

The final page says "congratulations you have created a sellers account" etc and as soon as you go to the main seller central there is a yellow box that says "alert, your account has been suspended for policy violations" etc.

This is the 2nd time that has happened, but this time I just left it and after checking again after 6 hours it was gone and all the items I listed show up on amazon for sale.

Does anyone know why this happens?

this happens to me......

but i think is an auto message, they try to check your billing adress of your CC/ Debit/Giftcard, when this dont work, they suspend that account.

But when it works 6-12 hours later, they reactivate that account.

yep same here....I posted about this somewhere else....I think it is a glitch in their system since it did not start happening to mr until the new year.

My message was there for 2 days and I emailed them saying WTF then they removed it.

Same thing happened to me! I made 2 accounts this morning and they both were suspended! later today 1 was reinstated but the other remain suspended and got tthe linked to a suspended member.

Amazon also records your nic card #, so if your using the same computer, you need to change the
Router
and the network card..

I doubt you have to get a new computer or router.. It's easy to change/⊗⊗⊗⊗ your mac address.

They auto suspend you now until you add a bank account.

When you login and you see the suspended message click on read more, you will notice you receive a message stating you are suspended until you add a bank account.

Add a bank account your auto restored.

yeah and buy that from amazon.com, that what they want :)

Or simply use a vmware without using broadband = no mac problem any more!

How do I use VmWare without using broadband? When you say no mac problem did you mean your computer mac address or the router one?

I did setup a virtual XP SP2 on my host computer running windows 7, configured XP SP2 Internet to "Bridged: Connected directly to the physical network". Am I safe to go?
