Does the name on my credit card have to match the name i am registering with?.. i know how to change the address but how would i change the name? would i have too?

Use a gift card. Some real credit cards like Capital One let you add a completely different name to the card, like a friend's name. Same address though, I believe. Would be very useful if you could add a "friend's" address and use it for Paypal, for example.
