Has anyone appealed a 1 year suspended account?
 

does anyone have any 1 year old or older amazon seller account that was suspended for issues not related to being linked appealed?

sometimes when you get suspended by ebay no matter what you do, they will not unsuspend you, but after a while (like a year or so), if you appeal again, chances are they will unsuspend that account, just wondering if anyone tried to appeal again with amazon.

That's hopeless. If you don't get it cleared right after it happens, I don't see the point of trying after a whole year. Amazon doesn't forgive.

well..that's what i thought about ebay, when i tried to appeal for a couple months, they keep shooting me down...but about 1 year later, i decided to appeal again and it worked...so i was just wondering if anyone tried and what were the result

suspension would be return percentage too high vs. sale.

i mean jeez...2 sales and 1 of them decided they didn't want it..so i issued refund...so that's like a 50 percent return rate...which amazon wsan't too crazy about and then suspension....

Did you try to appeal right away?

yep.....but still got suspended.

yes....i appealed it....but they will not unsuspend me...told me not to make any accounts, and further emails may be ignored.

You're screwed. This too many returns thing is one of Amazon's stupid pet peeves. Make a stealth account if you haven't already. They really do ignore subsequent emails.

has anyone who has appealed gotten their account reinstated??

I have, but this particular case is hopeless; they will NOT change their minds.
